Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement for flowrighttankless.com

Last updated: October 13, 2025

FlowRight Tankless is committed to making flowrighttankless.com usable by everyone. We aim to follow recognized best practices and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our commitment

  • Build and maintain content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

  • Use semantic HTML, proper labels, headings, alt text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard-accessible components.

  • Avoid “overlay” tools and instead fix accessibility at the code and content level.

Service area & physical location

  • We provide on-site services only within Utah County and the corridor between Utah County and Salt Lake City, Utah (including communities along I-15).

  • We do not operate a public storefront or office (no walk-ins). If you need a mailing address for legal notices or accessible format requests, contact us and we’ll provide one.

Measures we take

  • Design & development: Accessible patterns, headings structure, form labels, visible focus states, descriptive link text.

  • Media: Alt text for images; transcripts/captions provided for any essential audio/video.

  • Content: Clear language; avoids relying on color alone.

  • Ongoing checks: Periodic audits with automated tools and manual review using keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (e.g., NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS).

  • Training: Team awareness of accessibility basics and content guidelines.

Conformance status

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some parts of the site may not fully meet this goal yet; we’re working to improve.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

The site is designed to work with:

  • Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile

  • Built-in platform screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver on iOS/macOS) and NVDA on Windows
Older or unsupported browsers (including Internet Explorer) may not provide an optimal experience.

Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on the following technologies: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These must be enabled for the site to function correctly.

Known limitations & planned improvements

Requesting accommodations or alternative formats

If you need information on flowrighttankless.com in a different format (large print, plain text email, phone support, etc.) or need help scheduling service due to a disability, contact us:

We will work with you to provide reasonable accommodations—online or during our in-home service visits within our Utah service area.

Feedback & issue reporting

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. Please include the page URL, the problem you faced, and any assistive tech/browser you used.

If we can’t resolve your concern to your satisfaction, we’ll explain why and offer available alternatives.

Assessment approach

We perform self-evaluation using a mix of automated testing, manual keyboard checks, and screen reader spot-tests. We also update templates/content to prevent regressions.

Third-party content

Our site may link to or embed content from other providers (for example, payment processors). While we strive to partner with accessible vendors, we don’t control their code. If you experience barriers with a third-party feature, let us know and we’ll assist or provide an alternative.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement regularly and update our practices as standards and technologies evolve.
