This Privacy Policy describes how FlowRight Tankless collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from flowrighttankless.com (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

2) Service area (important)

We provide in-person services only within Utah County and the service corridor between Utah County and Salt Lake City, Utah (including communities along I-15 between these areas).

B. Payment information

  • If you pay on the Site, your card details are processed by our third-party payment processor Wix. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited transaction info (e.g., last 4 digits, transaction ID, status).

C. Cookies & similar technologies

  • Essential cookies to run and secure the Site.

  • (Optional) Analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the Site (only if you enable such tools).
If you add tools like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel later, update this section to name them and link their policies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

4) How we use information

  • Provide, schedule, and fulfill services within our Utah-area service zone.

  • Process payments and send confirmations, invoices, and receipts.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Send administrative messages and—if you opt in—newsletters or promotions (unsubscribe anytime).

  • Maintain Site security, prevent fraud, and debug issues.

  • Analyze and improve our services and Site.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5) How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context/targeted advertising.

We disclose information only to:

  • Service providers (processors) performing work for us (e.g., payment processing, hosting, email delivery, IT/security). They must follow our instructions.

  • Authorities or legal recipients if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition), where your data remains protected and you’ll be notified as required.

6) Cookies, analytics & choices

  • Manage non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

  • Where required by law, we’ll present a cookie banner/consent for non-essential cookies.

  • If you add analytics, update this Policy with the tool name and opt-out links.

7) Data retention

  • Service and transaction records: typically up to 7 years (tax/accounting).

  • General inquiries: typically up to 24 months after last interaction.

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure; if a security incident occurs, we’ll notify affected users and/or regulators as required.

9) Your privacy rights

Your rights depend on your location and applicable law (e.g., U.S. state privacy laws such as Utah’s UCPA, California’s CCPA/CPRA, etc.). These may include the right to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing.

To exercise rights: email Dillon@flowrighttankless.com with “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity. If we deny a request where allowed by law, you may appeal by replying “Appeal.” You may also contact your local authority where applicable.

10) Email marketing

If you opt in to our newsletter, we’ll send updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

11) Payments

Payments are handled by [Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe/Square] under their privacy policy. We do not store full card details.

12) Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults/homeowners and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If a child has provided information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

13) International visitors

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards.

14) Third-party links

We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites we link to. Review their policies.

15) Do Not Track

Because there’s no industry consensus on DNT signals, the Site does not respond to DNT at this time.

16) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted here, and we’ll notify you if required by law.
